4 Minute Guided Meditation
Meditation has so many false notions attached to it. It does not require a specific religious or spiritual belief, nor does it take enormous amounts of time, years of practice or a completely quiet mind. Research shows that it relieves stress, controls anxiety, promotes self-awareness and emotional well-being to name a few benefits. This can be extremely helpful while grieving.
